Hello!  Thank you for stopping by.  I hope that you enjoy my journey in trying to balance being a tree-hugger with being a part of the corporate world, trying to pay the bills and save the planet.  Come wander with me!

A bit about myself… I am in my heart a tree-hugger.  I have known since I was six years old that I wanted to work in the environmental field.  Unfortunately, I didn’t quite map out how I was going to do that.  Now I’m in the corporate world of environmental due diligence, which doesn’t always lend itself to the free-spirited ecologist I thought I would end up being.  Now I’m trying to find the balance between being a professional with bills to pay and being environmentally conscientious.  I’m hoping that I’m not the only one in this situation, and that we can share ideas on how to mesh the two together, still keep our sanity, and still be socially acceptable!

Did I mention this was a work in progress?  It’s likely going to go off in all sorts of wild directions, only tangentially related at times!!
